Special Tooling

To complement our standard and specialized Arc Welding or Resistance Welding Machinery, TRC designs, builds, and integrates robust Special Tooling to suit each application. Accurate, precise, and repeatable tooling is a requirement for high volume robotically welded assemblies. TRC has the design capabilities, machining capabilities, assembly experts, and over-all experience needed to provide weld tooling for automated applications. We can supply tooling that comes complete with Control Packages, Sensors for all parts, motion, Pokyokes, and Change-out Subs. We also provide tooling that can be added to your own electrical package.
